The EG33's were great little engines, for sure - and I still check craigslist every weekend for cheap SVX project cars ;). I've also seen a couple of EG33's being put to great use in airplanes, believe it or not. There's multiple videos of this EG33'd Glasair doing 220+ mph passes...

Completely agreed. I enjoyed this Gymkhana a lot more than 4 or 5; he didn't try to close off an entire city, or get a whole bunch of special effects to artificially create some kind of over-the-top video-gasm. Unfortunately, all that wound up doing was detracting from the experience.

I recommend basically any Subaru product, although I do so with the usual caveats (make sure the head gasket on the EJ251's been done, check the history and banjo filter if it's a turbo, etc.).
