I was there by accident. My family and I had made hotel reservations completely unaware of this event. When we came into Ocean City Friday night, we were astounded. I am completely uninterested in car culture and I was 100% ready to hate the weekend.

100% Yeah, man, pretty much nobody I talked to at Ocean City, though they talked about what they were doing as part of H2Oi had never even gone to the official car show proper. It has definitely morphed into something else.

Live in Delaware, my Mom has a store in OCMD (45th St. Village) and we have a beach house there too. Have been to this event and see it every year for a long time. Like other commenters, some of the cars are pretty cool, some are just dumb.
