It should be loved more than the Miata. The 124 actually looks really good. The Miata... tiny squinty headlights and tail lights too close together.

God, the rear end of of the Testarossa is 80s perfection and I could stare at it all day.
You’re mistaken. Car flipping is a real thing believe it or not.
No one here has ever flipped a car before I guess. It’s not just washing the car that adds $500. This thing is worth more than what the seller is asking as it sits. You could flip this car for at least $700 without doing anything to it.
Huh? Buy for $500. Spend a day cleaning. Flip for $1000
I definitely agree that you can part it out for profit, but if you think you can’t get significantly more money after dragging it out of a dank garage and cleaning the years of grime off of it, you’re crazy. No one wants to touch this car as is. A clean non-running example like this could easily get $800-1000.
The 350/370 have a lot of styling cues that resemble an old Datsun 240. Weirdly, the car as a whole does not resemble one.
Not much else to say other than I disagree
Shit, for $500 you could just clean it up and double your money. For a fun project, you can’t set the entry bar any lower.
Wow that Ranger is big
I really can’t decide if it’s NP or CP. Due to it’s rarity, it seems really hard to put a price on it.
They should definitely put that motor in a normal Aston.
I miss those 1st gen Dakotas
With the insane amount of money you pay for this car, I wish they could have designed a more reliable engine that doesn’t have to be thoroughly inspected once a year...
Looks pretty fuckin’ safe to me.
$5k isn’t a lot to ask to get a running, clean 80s car with the added bonus of being a rare sight on the road. NP.
Damn, do those actually work? If so that’s kind of cool. Turn your normal bed into a dump bed!
It’s probably good at being an economy gear at a lower speed. In my 6 speed, I use 5th for cruising between 40-55mpg. You may be missing out on some fuel savings if you’re in 4th at those speeds.
Get a gladiator, man
Just make sure not to look in your rear-view mirror at night without welding goggles.
