I believe only once have we seen a werewolf that's not in wolf form use superspeed. The episode of TVD in which Elijah rescues Damon from being tortured by the wolves, Jewell used her superspeed to escape the house from Elijah. The show has never explained that and if or if not other wolves in human forms can do that.…
