That was my psychiatrist’s advice yesterday (obviously I haven’t listened totally, but I only looked at Politico once today). I’m getting fixated (I have OCD, so that’s a legit concern even if I know to recognize when it’s happening), and I’m already depressed about it even though I enjoy politics.
