tall sidewalls? then why has the trend been towards huge OEM wheels.
I echo the comment that it was perfunctory to create this powerful, significant foe for the entire world for 7.5 seasons, only for them to disappear after one longer episode. It seriously irks me that the main characters remain behind with all these skills that border on superpowers and all they have left to do is…
I honestly enjoy that Arya is the one who saves the world. It feels like an arbitrary choice
I thought this too, but Spiderman Far From Home technically wraps up Phase 3, and we know he is present in that movie.
Why didn’t Black Widow get a proper service? I feel like we spent way too much time at the Stark funeral. Lots of fun stuff otherwise. Also, what happened to Mjolnir now that Steve is ancient as hell? He passes off the shield to Sam but there’s no Mjolnir to be seen.
Platform sharing done correctly. But not surprising if this is a new, modern platform. Afterall, if you didn’t know it, would you ever suspect that the VW Golf and VW Atlas share a platform?
Also, I think you guys are reaching. It has great proportions; the nose is fairly long and square, and the front fascia is weird and quirky. Some of the detailing is a little weird, but I like it. The overhangs are short, and the car doesn’t look under wheeled despite the wheels not being very big. What do you want…
Nah, Jalopnik made fun of Lincoln constantly before their recen design turn. They went after them just as much as Caddy. You’re just in the minority on this.
Yes. You most definitely want a Lincoln. I have owned 2 continentals so far (RIP my first 2018, totaled with 29k miles at 10 months old.) And I’m on my second black label. I had the choice to buy a LOT of cars for $82,000 but this Conti won it. Its fast. Like, beats 5.7 Hemis, STis and GT mustang’s ALL DAY type fast…
David, I’ve noticed in your photos a dangerous, potentially lethal issue with your Jeep: it does not have a Jalopnik sticker on it.
You’re welcome.
I wish I had thought to mention previously that I once drove a farm truck with so many holes in the floor that instead of fixing it they just unbolted the seat, laid a tarp over the whole floor and slapped the bolts through it, as well as some corner fasteners.
So you’re saying a new Tesla is more efficient transportation than a $500 extremely rusty 43 year-old postal Jeep? That's quite the profound analysis. I’m sure David would appreciate your help with his next project if he doesn’t succumb hypothermia or tetanus on the way to Moab.
You’re gonna pull this off, aren’t you? You beautiful son-of-a-bitch, you’re gonna do it!
I know full well the reason, doesn't make me any less sad
1. His take on SUVs, and especially small SUVs, is extremely correct.
You’re right, but does the fact that he forgot (or didn’t know) they existed say more about featherlite, or Cadillac?
Cadillac needs to get in on electrification already...
It’s a blip. We do them every morning; a photo with a small blurb under it to get the day started.
But your thirst for a Borrego story has been noted.
