you can be forgiven for this, but point break was 91. :)
The Faunts are a band From BioWare’s native Edmonton. Their first record prior to ME was very post-rock, mostly instrumental, in line with other Canadian bands at the time, like Do Make Say Think or Godspeed You! Black Emperor (not exactly the same style but following in the trend).
M4 Pt.2 rocks and is pretty beloved by the community - so much so that there was a lot of disappointment when Faunts didn’t return for the ME2 credits, and Bioware brought them back for the ME3 credits!
I was super hyped by it the first time I finished Mass Effect, it puts me in mind of 80s action movies like Point…
Snarky comment ridiculing your ignorance.
To answer your question I do not know if it is referencing anything specific, however the whole article is a meta post. It’s just satire of how gaming articles are written now Kotaku and other gaming news sites, and the whole thing is pointing out some of the fallacies of modern blog “journalism”.
Reply asking why I am even in the greys, as I was not in the past, and I have been reading and commenting on this site for over the past decade.
I make a seemingly good comment and anticipate lots of likes. Realize a day later when I have no likes that I came upon an article seven months old and it was just randomly retweeted into my timeline.
Yes but Garrus is a few years younger. He’s around 25ish when he meets Shepard, according to Patrick Weekes.
Yeah, I remember that one. Hit me too.
Yeah I didn’t WANT him to die but made the wrong choices during the suicide run (lost Tali too and that cost me dearly :( )
I missed because my Sheperd is a vanguard (short range specialist). Makes sense (in my headcannon) that though he is an very good marksman, he could not possibily be above Garrus who is a savant in this specific skill, particularly after his evolution in ME2.
He HAD to drop this line didn’t he?
I think just as many people want to not see the krogan as a monolith, and let them be surprised by ones like Wrex, and Charr (the Blue Rose of Illium guy), and all the ones who didn’t see a need to always embrace war. Like, that was kind of the whole point of the krogan storyline as a whole, especially in relation to…
“I’m Garrus Vakarian, and this is my favorite spot on the Citadel!” You can literally hear his shit-eating grin hahaha
Who’s slicing space onions?
Everyone has their own logic. Especially since my character was an infiltrator/sniper, I took the damn shot because Garrus is good/smart enough to know when I’m throwing. In that case it’s an insult to treat him with kid hands like that.
People dragged Andromeda, but I dare say it got even better there.
I always miss, because Garrus' dialogue when you miss is one of the funniest moments in the series.
Surprised by the number of people who don’t think the upgrade is real. There *IS* a difference between leaks that journalists uncover from their sources, connections, and validation that they do, and the “””leaks””” the average joe reads on reddit from FishTickler69's uncle who totally works at Nintendo. People’s…
