I saw What Women Wants AND Wild Hogs on two different terrible dates in high school and college respectively... I would pay money to be able to forget them.

I dunno, there were absolutely weeks around ages 3 or 4 where my kid was regularly eating more than I did at most meals, and I am not a particularly light eater.

Good to know, thanks! You’d think I’d know this shit because a member of my family developed nuclear weapons in the 50s AND I have a degree in chemistry but evidently I never listened... That being said it sinks for less than a second before detonating so... Eh? Anyway thanks for all the good info!

Random notes since I saw it last night:
1. Don’t think submerging a neutron bomb would do a whole lot... The news anchor says there were no casualties, then have the idea super backwards, neutron bombs were designed more to irradiate people than destroy infrastructure. I’m not into the franchise for realism but really

Zero judgement but surely runners have been banging against this since the leak, right? And just withheld til release day out of an abundance of caution/propriety.

My 6 year old is predominantly a driving game person (they have loved cars since they were 2 in a very concrete, “I want to know the make and model and all sorts of technical details” type of way) so we haven’t played much Mario yet and it’s weirdly conflicting that Pratt will be my kid’s first real conception of

Now playing

Point taken but here’s an interview from 13 years ago:

Exactly. The car looks like (and has a logo of) a giant fucking snail. I love it.

May we all age as gracefully and Sarah Natochenny, I feel like she has a real Paul Rudd thing going on since I have similar problems placing interviews I have seen chronologically.

You’re the only person talking sense. My fellow whites have a ridiculous habit of 1) treating brown folks as fungible and 2) a bizarre streak of school yard “can’t get mad”ism.

Same, we got the S-Cargo pretty much exclusively to take to car shows because my kid is super obsessed with cars, but neither my spouse nor I were particularly car people, so we decided to make everyone happy and get something that reflects out personalities while also giving us a fun reason to participate.

There is such a wave of this style of JDM wonderfulness coming over thanks to the 25 year rule. I got a Nissan S-Cargo, a pretty exceptionally rare care, for almost nothing. Nothing beats the double takes that thing gets.

For sure, I was absolutely being reductive and flippant buuuuut that being said, I think traditionally it’s at least fair to say that NIN albums, especially early albums, were predominantly him with session musicians (I mean, that’s also a little flip to say since some of them are pretty legendary), but not an

I mean, Trent Reznor is... all of NIN, not just the singer. And a multiple academy award winner too. Good for him for getting clean and having a generally wild ass career trajectory.

Played it for about an hour on PS5 last night, I feel for PC players but I hope that ya’ll can take comfort in the fact that struggling with graphics settings will at least not be the worst part of your experience with the game (I’m being snide but, uh, it is quite disappointing).

I’ve been to the parasitological museum in Tokyo and lemme tell ya, they’re a lot more fun to observe when you can’t read the placards and just pretend that they’re not endemic to humans.

He is absolutely an icon but to be clear, he was not publicly out when Fight Club was written, published, or adapted to film, and when he did come out it was because he thought he was going to be outed by Entertainment Weekly so he beat them to the punch. All of which is to say, there are lovely important people in

Oof I dunno, if you’re gonna go for a Paul Rudish...ish art style, it’s kind of dissonant to have contemporary ‘luded up sounding video game Mickey instead of Chris Diamantopoulos’ off the wall energy. That whole series is kind of the only Mickey-related thing that has held my attention... uh... ever?

This is exactly as appealing as Matt Hazard was. Take from that what you will.

Ooo, I’m feeling real old and decrepit when the classics of the genre name checked in the article are what are, like, 2nd or 3rd wave immersive sims in my book.
