Good article. Completely agree with his take on it. Its like everyone in NYC and LA thinks those places are nothing but paradise. There is a fair amount of NYC you would not want to take a casual stroll through and LA is even worse. If it was 1970s NYC, you would not want to go anywhere in the City.
