@Hooplehead: To be fair, once you've gone through it and know how hard it is to get back to "normal" you're much more careful. I only gained 25 lbs with my first and am being even more careful this time b/c I know the aftermath. That doesn't mean I'm not being healthy, just smart. There is a difference.
