The sad thing is, in the trailers, the line was "then I will be fair but firmly cruel" which is funnier and much more in character for Tony.

That's what I thought would happen!

Thanks for the reminder that Days of Future Past was about Kitty and Wolverine was shoehorned in there annoyingly.

That's a really crappy defense if that's what they're going for. Plenty of victims will act friendly towards their rapists after the fact. Just because Allison doesn't start screaming and hitting Noah the second he says something like that doesn't negate the fact that he did have nonconsenual sex with her.

I thought it was Whitney at first. Glad to hear I'm not the only one who thought it was a woman, though.

Looooool I watched this with my family and the second we saw Yorkie we started calling her Barb

I totally agree about this being very much a modern Twilight Zone episode. It's like a counterpoint to the one about the street salesman and death, especially since that one also had a (sort of) happy ending.

"Bury Your Gays" usually implies that the characters involved don't get a happy ending. And since Yorkie and Kelly get a happy ending, it at least counts as a partial subversion. Probably a zig zagging of the trope.

This was my favorite episode so far for a bunch of reasons, but that twist hit especially hard.

Oh boy this review and a ton of the comments look hopelessly naive now.

Thank you! It creeped me out, especially since it looked like he only stopped because Audrey walked in, and not because Juliette was saying "no" repeatedly.

Rent! Just wait until Mike Pence goes to see that one.

Avenue Q. It's funny, and most importantly, the last song is called "For Now."

Upvoting for Fruits Basket. Tohru went through so much struggle, and yet she still smiled and had faith in people. She was kind, and helped so many members of the Sohma family.

All I wanted in Stranger Things was for people to apologize to Joyce after it turned out she was right about everything.

Aw, look at Rose and Greg interacting with baby Sour Cream! Could you imagine what they would be like with a kid of their own?
Oh… nevermind.

I thought I was the only one who thought it was a reference! Between this and "Hit the Diamond," who's the baseball fan on the SU crew?

Really the whole baseball thing reminds me of all those times when the X-Men played baseball in the comics. Except they got to use their powers more.

Thank you for clearing that up, because I thought he was just being an idiot for not saying no to that one question. So Cochran was going to win either way.
