My thoughts exactly. I just finally got this for the PC with the Humble Bundle last week, and I'm definitely willing to buy it again on Wii U. That's mostly because I lack any decent gamepad for my PC right now, though.

I think the vibe you're supposed to get is that the messages on the cranes are apparently "working," and that the narrator accidentally breaking the two cranes from the chain made their messages stop "working," so if the friend only briefly woke up, then what's written on the other ones-a-bloo-bloo-bloo~

Yeah, I'm confused by this too, but just as confused by the fact that no one else is mentioning it. What the hey-hey?

I actually had this same conversation and explained this to a friend of mine earlier today, so I guess it was still fresh in my mind, haha!

Yeah, the Club Nintendo page (which is where I'm guessing you got that idea) has it listed as Wii/Wii U, which is technically not untrue, but it's also super misleading. I mean, you can technically play it on a Wii U, but not before going into Wii Mode, and buying it from the Wii eShop, and also you can't play it on

It's not TECHNICALLY on Wii U yet, only on Wii, which is of course playable through Wii U, albeit after jumping through many hoops and ladders.
Also, you beat me to this. Super Mario RPG is and will always be my favorite video game.

That was rude, and you should feel bad about that.

Nothing is "wrong" with it, per se, it's just BORING! Link is unique from any of Nintendo's other characters in that he actually is a completely different character every time you play a Zelda game, and with that could come an awesomely diverse assortment of characters, but does Nintendo take advantage of that? No!

Um... What about him? Are you asking me if I think Mario should be a girl? The answer to that question is no, because I'm not sure if you know this, but every time you play a Mario game? That's the same character. Link, on the other hand, is NOT, and COULD therefore actually be something other than a blonde, white guy

Nice, but I would have gone with this one:

There are lots of people who are generally unfamiliar with the Zelda series, only really knowing the series by name and by recognition of the main character, and those people sometimes assume that the titular Zelda is the main character. This shirt is making fun of those people by facetiously posing the question "What

Rage at the misuse of "Zelda" aside, this shirt mostly just makes me sad that we're twenty-five years into the series, and we've still never had a Link that's a girl - or anything other than a white dude with blond hair. C'mon, Nintendo! It's 2014! Give us girl Link!

I knew what the video was before I clicked it. It never stops being funny, thank you.

There have been Space Jam mods in NBA 2k games before

TIL Valve is a Japanese game studio.

I'm there. More than an MMO style, I want an all-inclusive Pokémon game, where you can visit all of the regions that we've seen in previous games.

I'll say it: the only Pokémon game I want to play on Wii U is a new goddamn Pokémon Snap.

This is what I've been saying since X and Y came out. I hope so badly that they do something of this nature, and it would kind of make sense of (and reconcile) the utter lack of post-game. I'm crossing my appendages for this to happen.

I peaked at 29, and I bow to your wizard-dom.

I got War on sale a year or two ago, and I wholeheartedly agree. I've been waiting for Fall to go down in price, but it's on my Steam wishlist.
