Assault with battery.

I rested my hand on the shifter, but never my foot on the clutch pedal, in my 2001 Golf. When the car was totaled by a drunk at 215k miles, it still had its original clutch.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Neither shalt thou rest they foot on the clutch. Thou shouldst move thy foot fully to the floor. Verily, your clutch will thanketh thee.

I sure hope so. There’s nowhere to go but up.

We must have had the same mother. “You know..” “No, I don’t know. Tell me.” She was trained as a speech pathologist, and you better believe she taught us to speak properly. I have declared war on “like” in my house. Use it correctly, fine. Use incorrectly, and you get. “So, was it like that, or was it actually that?”

I get next to no rally on my TV. Otherwise I’d watch it. I still haven’t finished watching the Mexican GP. I’m not sure what is the point in it.

Those giant sausages were ridiculous. Not that I have anything against giant sausages....

It looks like GM started designing the front end/grille and then stopped.

Hey, I watched that race too. I was 6 years old. I remember that my mother wrote a condolence letter to Savage’s wife. Also, Swede Savage was possibly the greatest racing driver name ever. RIP.

Terrific reply, thanks. Yes, nostalgia can be a very selective process. But let me have my moment.

Can we have F1 like that again? Without all the fiery death, of course.

“My brother helps me.” I need to show this to my twin boys.

I am disappointed by the lack of elves. Or unicorns.

Well, that sounds ominous.

Hmmmm. Tow truck, GT-R, unicorns, elves. It will be interesting to see where $kay goes with this one.

So, it’s not “big disc brakes”? This song isn’t as Jalop as I thought it was.

Now playing

Let’s not forget this genius in San Antonio. After hitting the SUV, he was more concerned with finding his phone than checking on his passengers or the people in the vehicle he hit.
