Is it me or does part of that sound strangely similar to part of the original Tron music?

That is pretty damned cool.

Thanks for the promotion. :)

Guess I should have been clearer but I thought it was pretty obvious that I was replying to the post I have quoted below, I forget that this site (god knows why) does not support a tree based view allowing us to reply to each other and having those replies show correctly hierarchically , nor does it show to whom you

What work's on big heavy monitors that sit on your DESK, does not necessarily mean it works on a tablet you may carry in your hand for up to an hour at a time. Especially if you are consuming media that both works in 16X9 and does not work at 16X9. The 8X11 sheet of paper is the standard (at least in the states) and

I think the truly main reason this will be good is it's getting ready on a programming level for the eventual improvements in Tablet computing and also the eventual touchification of the desktop platform. Not sure in what way touch will work, but since touching a physical screen or using gestures in the air will

Blu-Ray would be a reason to own them but since they aren't ...and I have access to Netflix, I won't be buying these. Finally they are affordable and I no longer need them, how ironic.

I agree, James Horner is my next favorite composer of movie music right behind John WIlliams and the music from the Rocketeer is one of, if not his greatest work yet. Although Apollo 13 is pretty damned awesome as well.

Says the guy who did not take them. Photos can be very important to the people who's lives are tied to them, for all we know some of those people may not be alive any more for whatever reason. The person who took the pictures might have lost the last images of a close friend or a family member. But hey, why should

Whoa there, don't get your android logo covered underoos in a bunch! Nobody announced that they were sure a new phone was being delivered at this years WWDC, everybody just hoped as usual. There were no pictures save obviously fake ones, as usual. If you're so proud of the droid X then use it and move along. This post

And you have what to back this up? Scoble at least has the potential for insider info as he is the author of a number of Apple books and may be privy to some information we are not. But anybody can get on a forum and say they are pretty sure they know what apple is going to do.

Why would you say that, F11 doesn't work in anything other than IE as far as I'm aware. Does anybody have an example of F11 doing full screen in other apps on Windows?

You realize that WebOS is pretty much limited to same amount of hardware that iOS is, right? I'm pretty sure that HP is optimizing this OS for their very first tablet released with said OS so that's not really an excuse. If this get's released and the experience is not buttery smooth like it is with an iPad2 then they

It's highly doubtful that this is pre-release software since the Touchpad is so close to release.

Pretty sure we are going to see a similar story about Skype in three years time. Microsoft is going to sit on their ass as usual with a new acquisition. They will release 2 or 3 lame products based on the technology and when they think that the technology is the cause the'll either resell it to someone else or just

Pretty sure that if Larry Ellison had the power of Iron Man's armor, we would be in big trouble. He'd blow up those Redwoods without a thoughts notice for one, and god knows what other moronic thing he'd do.

Actually I think the situation is really simple Mr Ellison.

They put a lot of 1000 dollar words and long winded statements that add up to "I'm a rich asshole and I want those trees gone, even though they have been there for far longer than I have."

Doesn't matter, if that picture that has been added is true then he's in the wrong, and missed his chance to complain like 200 years ago. Those trees don't just sprout up overnight and they have most likely been that tall for way longer than people have been living in that area.

And if you had read the updated article, you would know that those trees were there 60 years ago. When Larry Ellison was just a sparkle in his obviously morally bankrupt parents. People who grow up with parents that teach good sense values don't grow up to want to chop down a few "thousand year old" tress because it's
