The difference is that we aren't used to this and our houses and streets aren't build to handle this type of weather.

I'm right there with you. I loved 24 and watched it religiously.

The risk to civilians is what I'm most concerned about. Sure, in all war there are casualties but drones just up the risk of hitting them exponentially. We don't need any more bad PR.

The game wasn't that bad, honestly. If you like that sort of game (I'm not a huge fan) then you will probably really enjoy it. It wasn't my thing, but I can see how some people would really enjoy it.

I disagree. I don't think she started with an "I won't like this" attitude but an "Am I doing this right?" attitude. As a result, people are flaying her for not playing in their own style.

True, but WoW is still considered archaic in it's approach to leveling up. Go check out Guild Wars 2 to learn how it's going to be handled in the future.

Resident Evil 5 was the same way. Some people hated it, others loved it. Just because people hate a game doesn't mean you will. I'm still picking it up and I bet I'm going to like it a lot actually.

I don't know about calling it the most anticipated indie game. It looks like it will be decent but it's not going to be the next Braid or Limbo or anything close to that.
