You can't fault them for not wanting to create new guides. They spent a lot of money creating the guides and they can't just destroy them all and start over. The people responsible for the issue will be fired or some other sort of punishment and they'll make things right with the customer by offering them updated…

But it comes with Pilotwings...that's easily 4 payments of 9 dollars. And a carrying case, 8 easy payments of 3 dollars...it's a steal at that price!
