I “lol’d” at your analogy because I’m strictly talking about your initial argument about the charging network. Apple building a car is an entire other argument.

lol, wut? I get it, you are an Apple fanboy. They make some good/cool stuff but they are not impervious to failure.

My point is, if there isn’t a popular car to support their inevitably proprietary charging protocol, it wouldn’t matter if they install Apple spec car chargers at every gas station because the majority of electric cars will probably end up being a Tesla anyway.

Costs aside, Apple won’t make a dent if they can’t come out with a car that uses their charging port that actually competes with Tesla’s popularity.

those cooling jackets are triggering my trypophobia.

Lugging around idle at WOT assumes an extremely heavy load/steep hill/etc. That will consume a ton of gas. Idle at WOT will rev high, but have a light load on the engine.

It’s not nearly as bad as the Nissan Cross Cabriolet because this is still built on a steel frame whereas the Nissan is not. Still compromised though.

They should totally come out with a real raptor fighter... No, the current TRD PRO doesn’t count.

oo okay, that’s not bad then.

Just to clarify... the range extender can not indefinitely provide power to the car? Does it solely act as a generator... one that apparently can’t fully keep the car battery charged though?

Same here... There’s just something about it. If they had some amazing lease deals I would strongly consider.

yep. Someone has one in my neighborhood and everytime i see it drive by I first think, wow that’s an ugly car, then I think it reminds me of a minivan.

916 Represent! Also, Legacy Spec B you say.... Awesome choice!

These articles are not helping me. I want me some Raptor!!!

It sounds like a lot of people here echo the same sentiments. Bolt on mods can make for an incredible value. Suspension upgrades, basic intake/exhaust can save you thousands (more so the suspension) so why not? I’m running a full set of high end coil-overs on my FJ and I’m sure I will lose out on the cost of those if

lol.. indie comedy.

The engine is not from Mazda.

It’s what makes a Tesla a Subaru.

No, I refuse to take personal responsibility for decisions I make. It is always someone else’s fault. ALWAYS.

Definitely a really nice looking OEM wheel.
