Ha! Glad to hear it worked for you. I’ve been thinking about doing it. Drysol works for me for the most part, but I have pretty sensitive skin and it often irritates it pretty bad.

I agree about getting those ab straps. I got a pair of them and they really let you fatigue your abs, not your grip. I also like them because I’m tall and I can’t hang from the pull-up bar without touching the ground. With these, I’m higher up and can keep my legs straight.

“A girl purposely broke her own arm just to get another person in trouble.”

The Bears lost the Super Bowl 12 years ago, not 14. So maybe their daughter isn’t as old as they think?

I’m sure this will just stay in the grays forever, but for bird dog variations, I like banded bird dogs and bird dog rows on a bench. I usually use a kettlebell for the rows, but a dumbbell works just fine.

I love bird dogs, dead bugs (weighted or banded), planks, side planks, suitcase deadlifts, shovel deadlifts, and the pallof press.

As a man with zero daughters, I don’t understand these men that need to qualify it. Did they really not understand it was bad until they had daughters?

No one wants to listen to them either.

I like Strong a lot, and I’m really glad I’m grandfathered in because I’m not sure about paying a subscription to track. They also have a rest timer, although you do have to set it for each exercise. I guess I could’ve missed a way to set it for the whole workout. Gravitus is another one that looks pretty decent.

I unchecked everything.

They even sell the hand-pulled rotisserie chicken so you don’t have to do that. It’s glorious.

What info is that? I read a list provided by Ken Kratz and it was mostly a joke (his DNA under the hood was found months later after the detectives told Brendan Dassey they wanted to find it there, for instance).

I love how the CW doesn’t mess around with this stuff. Somehow, I watch more CW than ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox combined. I’m hoping The 100 gets another renewal as well.

Wow. I am so sorry that all of that happened to you.

There are a number of free online calculators that work well. You will need a food scale. I chose to subscribe to Avatar Nutrition, which is sort of like an automated online macro coach. You weigh in each week and it’ll keep you on track based on your goal.

Don’t forget fiber! If you’re doing IIFYM and you account for fiber, it’s pretty hard to just eat junk food to hit your macros.

This is awesome. I get why they want reviews, but I hate this notification. I’ve had this pop up on stuff I’ve already reviewed, which then made me want to give it a one-star review.

For me, it’s mostly sports. I love to start NFL games late and catch up by the fourth quarter, for instance. Same with baseball and basketball.

Is it evil week already?

I’m so sorry to hear that. I hope things get better for you and your family.
