I think that advice is not good. You want to exercise to help preserve (or even build if you are starting out) your lean body mass to help protect your metabolism. Just start out slowly if you are worried about getting hurt and progress appropriately.

The IRS will come knocking at some point. I’m sure that type of stuff goes on, but if you stay in business long enough, you will get audited at some point. I was, and everything was just fine. They look at all the expenses very carefully, so those guys would probably be in big trouble.

I’m sure that some of that happens, but most of the small business owners in my circle (which does happen to be in commercial real estate) were quite frankly offended by the way Trump treats small businesses because we’ve all had to write off income we were counting on at some point because of someone like him.
