It’s far easier for a company to know there is a problem if they are notified via their support desks via tickets than people randomly bitching on forums and websites. If you have problems let them know the correct way.

Their ToS clearly state that they collect data everytime you use your card and will use that data however they see fit up to and including selling it to other companies. We all had to agree to it before we signed up. Not sure how so many people missed that bit of info.
