The long-term cost is much more of an issue now. I had the clutch replaced in my 07 V6 accord a couple years ago and it was >$3k. Modern automatic transmissions now last nearly the life of the car.

For 125k why on earth would it not have airbags?  Why would you even design a modern car w/o them?
