For the autolock on the Mazda, the trick is to stay by the door for a couple seconds till it beeps once, then walk away while listening for the second beep.  Since I started doing this, it always autolocks

Their automatic rescheduling needs work. We flew back from Cancun a few weeks ago and our connecting flight was cancelled in the middle of the night before we left Cancun. American rescheduled our flights for us, leaving Cancun _two days_ later.  How is that a practical solution?

The Hummer is a monstrosity, but I think you have to measure it against the cars it’s stealing sales from.  No Hummer buyer was going to buy a Bolt or Malibu.  The question should be is the Hummer better than a Navigator or Escalade.  If so, it’s an improvement and helps normalize electric cars.

You’re going to have to pay a lot more for the GTI to get the same tech and creature comforts.  I would do it, but it’s not an apples to apples comparison

The article is pretty easy on the police here.  AA screwed up, but the police didn’t have to go arrest the one name on the list.  Maybe investigate some?

This happened to us a couple years ago when we were looking for an SUV for my wife. Her finalists were the Sorrento and the Highlander. Sorrento was a bit better deal and she liked the interior look more, so we scheduled a time to go in, checkbook in hand, to complete the transaction. Instead of the price we’d been

Your argument doesn’t make sense. You assert we have to value the TV market higher than the state, yet use state rankings for household income. The RDU market is far higher than the NC average. Raleigh’s household income is just about double Hartford’s. I would not be surprised if the overall TV market is wealthier in

I mean, those are two very different cars

Based on our recent trip to Maui, if you buy a convertible Mustang, a Jeep Wrangler, or an Altima, you will be mistaken for a rental car. Those were like 90 percent of the rental cars.

Actually, it brings up an interesting question.  How much of the battery life does a crazy acceleration run like that use up?  Does it knock an appreciable amount of time off your available drive time?

But when shifting down 5 gears you are.

Michael, how does the sedan relate to the 2019 hatchback?  Are they both the same all-new models?

As the owner of a recent Highlander (well the spouse of an owner), I wouldn’t consider another Toyota until they ditch Entune and allow Android Auto and Apple Carplay.  The Toyota system is awful.

It would have been much more interesting to compare this to LIDAR in the same situations.

Wow, that car is almost 3 feet longer than my wife’s Highlander

I love the selfie with you and that Sawyer guy from Lost.

I thought for a second you were telling me I could rent out-doorsy friends at REI.

Can you do donuts towing the trailer?

I hate police statements with the bullshit use of passive voice: ‘Officers spoke with a 22-year-old male and during the incident an electronic control device was deployed and the man was arrested’ Those weren’t mystical actions that spontaneously happened. A copy tased him and arrested him. Maybe it was justified,
