stop contributing to this arbitrary push to have black actors cast in roles that have been Caucasian since the dawn of time. Instead, the push needs to me for more original black characters to have the own stand-alone films.

And if the workers have a problem with it they shouldn’t take the job. I’d never take a job where my incentive pay had a very high liklehood of not being paid out unless my base pay was sufficiently high to compensate for that.
