The camel meat available here in the US is a commercial product raised/processed for restaurant use. These are not old dying animals slaughtered as they’ve lost their usefulness. It is a delicious meat, very healthy, and similar in texture to beef. Flavor is unique, but not in any way distasteful of gamey. The retail

For me, weird meat has always been on the more exotic side. Ostrich, Emu, Alpaca, Kangaroo, Camel, Python, Gator, assorted selection of bugs, worms, spiders. I’ve enjoyed them all.

Don’t forget Duck Fat home fries, DF chex mix, Duck bacon BLT. Oh the list goes on and on.

I totally agree.... but. When introducing it to a 3 year old grandchild for their first time, and adding “abra cadabra” to the mystery, it makes for a fun day.

The engines could be modified for many other uses as well. Seen them put into dune buggies, small experimental aircraft, and on the racing circuit using  water injection systems. Lot of fun over the years with our Vairs.

sensory issues that can make it a challenge, but that’s something to work on with exposure therapy at home and not a physical problem.

How does one visit the doctor’s office, or go in for x-rays?

Be sure to split the kernels before buttering. Corn splitter/scraper tool. Very popular item this time of year.

Headline story of an ugly truck, but no picture. Great job there at click bait.

I do take issue with your assertion that there are lots of people with “faux service dogs” because I’m not sure that’s a real issue.

And when said person does need to go out in public, which, by the way, is their right, how do you suppose we deal with it? How about with some compassion?

Okay, really, how do you know this. I’ve two sibling in my family who are unable to wear a mask. We have to take them to doctor visits, no masks, and all we get is crap like this. Stop judging.

Wow, you couldn’t be more wrong. There are many reasons people are unable to wear a mask that are not respiratory related. Educate yourself before judging others so harsly. Transporting such a person to get medical care, helping them live there life best they can, and we have to hear these type of comments all the

Can’t wait till local corn is up. For me it’s a heavy smothering of homemade blue cheese/bacon butter. Salt optional at that point.

That’s the best kind.

We had a situation this weekend, a local man visited the farmer’s market while carrying a rifle. Open carry is legal so he was not violating any law. He was also not wearing a mask. When asked to by market salespeople, he replied that wearing a mask was in violation of the open carry law. Interesting counter point.

How generous of you.

how did Carlson get himself in this unique automotive predicament? “

Had a 2000 S60 AWD. Soon after the warranty expired the AWD went to crap. Dealer wanted 12k to fix it. I traded it as is on a Hundai. No more Volvos for me.

Don’t totally disagree with your comments, but there are some remedies for the problems you mention. Have owned and worked on many Corvairs in a local Corvair spectialty shop. There is a after market, privately designed fan belt guard that works splendidly on that 90 d turn. Prevents the belt problem completely. As
