For me, weird meat has always been on the more exotic side. Ostrich, Emu, Alpaca, Kangaroo, Camel, Python, Gator, assorted selection of bugs, worms, spiders. I’ve enjoyed them all.

Don’t forget Duck Fat home fries, DF chex mix, Duck bacon BLT. Oh the list goes on and on.

We had a situation this weekend, a local man visited the farmer’s market while carrying a rifle. Open carry is legal so he was not violating any law. He was also not wearing a mask. When asked to by market salespeople, he replied that wearing a mask was in violation of the open carry law. Interesting counter point.
