Check out Butter Pat skillets. They’re my new “gold standard”. They offer very detailed care and use of there pans. We love ares and the cleanup & care is really simple once. The more you use the pan the better it gets and we think it’s a much better product of our Lodge pans. (which are still great)

I do the same thing, a root veggie blend, often with fall squash added. Near the end of the roasting, I’ll remove the tray and drizzle a little rosemary honey over-top, then back into the oven a few minutes to get it caramelized. Delicious!! 

That does sound good. I often use spicy Moroccan Lamb Merguez cooked with rice for dinner. But I always save one link to use for my breakfast. I take the meat out of the casing and brown it with my omelet.
