We’ve often had clubs take a short wheel of English Stilton, or Vermont’s Bayley Hazen Blue, and create a small moat on the top. Then pour the Scotch into the moat, wait a bit till it soaks to the bottom. Dig in then while enjoying more Scotch and some fine cigars. That’s very popular.
