That’s a valid point. Though we won’t really see the real potential of this until the developers start getting their hands on it. Just as the iPhone 1 wasn’t really the iPhone it is today until the developers changed everything.

Why is it complicated? Drag the folder into iTunes, turn on home sharing. It's 2 steps and from there on just works. I only suggest it because you seem interested in the other features it offers so the initial two steps would probably be worth it, if you are interested in the App Store, casual gaming, etc...
Yeah, I guess it’s a bit more important for cable-cutters. I don’t watch much TV though, when I do, it’s mostly movies and zero sports so it doesn’t apply to me as much.
It’s a benefit to us in that we can use the excuse to get new phones when we drop them press them to hard.
This is nothing like a long-press. A long-press takes a long time. It’s not really that long, but I, personally, find doing things like moving the cursor in text or saving an image via long press annoying, I don’t want to sit there and hold my finger for 1-2 seconds. 3D Touch provides the normal tap as well as a light…
What @boilerdam3 said except that the 10ms and 15ms was in relation to that amount of haptic feedback you get. On a shallow press you get a 10ms buzz and on a deep press you get a 15ms buzz - that’s simply feedback for you to differentiate presses - has nothing to do with the 3D touch features - it’s a feature in and…
It’s completely different from a long press. A long press takes a long time, force touch you can get a peek or a pop just as fast as a tap, depending on how hard you press.
Oh yes, I forgot about its legitimate purposes, I’ve never actually used it, just know some friends who use it with an android box to stream.
It’s called Crossy Road because they’re stealing shit all around. They stole the game play from Frogger and the stole the catchy name from Flappy Bird.
A third party developer can easily implement this.. Stream a portion of the iMac screen to their iPad app, control the portion shown with finger drags and then just pipe the stylus input back to the iMac app. If it’s not there at launch, it’ll be shortly after - probably even from Wacom.
Yeah, I wonder if the Apple Pencil will work on older iPads, just without the enhanced precision of the iPad Pro?
I’m sure a web browser will come out in short order and then you can just google and stream without Kodi.. Sure, not as convenient, but the functionality is still there.
Who cares about an Apple streaming service? The apps are way more essential to a successful Apple TV than their own streaming service... We already have plenty of streaming options.
You can’t use the remotes that exist on iPhone instead? Like for the frogger rip off game just use an iPhone and still play the full game?
I typed ‘five random words’ but for the often misspelled word I used ‘pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconyosis’

OK, so the data can still be used then, even if ALM nuked their servers and couldn’t provide the data themselves?
Didn’t this whole stolen data situation basically make anything in there that could implicate them inadmissible in court?
I’m sure that's to be expected.. There is still 2-4 million women... Not to mention, women probably keep the same account where as men are likely more prone to opening multiple accounts.
They’re not destroying the news articles or deleting/burning them from existence like a book burning. They’re simply not returning them as search results if the persons name is in the search query.
For example, a story about John Smith being arrested for marijuana in Toronto would not be returned if you searched “John…
