AMSOIL is arguably the leader in their market as far as quality goes.

Well the term for the old "Sign up and tell other people so you get paid" would be a pyramid scheme. But this is not that. This is the old "sign up and sell the services we provide (unlimited cell service) to other people and make a commission off their service fees just like every other company in the world pays

I can't say much for this particular company, but you do know that it's only a 'pyramid scheme' if there is no product and all the money is made off of signing up other 'dealers'. That's not the case with the company he mentioned, as far as I can tell from their website.

+1 - forgot about that.

That would have been awesome if he typed a short story as the song played out.

Doesn't matter. S/he should have learned to use it first*, before filming. It's a promotional video, that video just makes me want to break it, not buy it.

Oh. Interesting. Maybe it didn't use different algorithms for each different type of search? I don't know. I don't remember the palm treo's having it though, but I didn't use one much, just sold them at a carrier.

I want to see it speed typing. That video was boring.

No problem.

I see your point with WebOS. However, the patent their suing on is from 2004, long before WebOS was even a thought in someones mind. And, in fact, it was actually quite novel and patent worthy when it was patented, it may seem like 'common sense' now, but it wasn't when it was invented. (also, as far as protecting it

PS. We won't find any extraterrestrials anyway.

Done.

I find it annoying because they are investigating it like a conspiracy. I'm pretty sure 99% of the people at NASA acknowledge that the existence of 'aliens' is most probable and can't wait to discover and announce them! (although maybe not on Mars)

I can agree with most of that. But, even though this particular phone is no longer in production, Apple has to sue them because the law says if they don't attempt to protect their patents then they will be invalidated, meaning any future copying phones that go into production can not be stopped by Apple. So, with the

I'm not saying I agree with the lawsuit. Also, it's not the point that 'any Android user' could do it themselves. The point, in Apple's eyes, is that Samsung copied the layout of iOS into a modified Android theme in order to profit off of iOS's recognition. Android is a perfectly capable OS on it's own and you're

You proved Apple right with your own point. You say it all comes down to software, you realize half of this suit is because Samsung modified Android to be more like iOS - ie: they copied Apple.

It'd be so much less prone to breaking with it flush and having the metal strip protecting it.

It will be.

Well, according to the people here, it's just as good, since Apple does nothing about stolen phones...
