This is true. But to be fair we have NO IDEA how much of an impact this makes in the short term. Sure, no new policy, but how often does that happen? Every day? Quarterly? Whenever the guy in charge thinks someone is looking? How often is anything new (they can do existing stuff) implemented?

Now that’s an idea! Why have a President? Is the federal government made up of one person? Why do we need anyone? After all, the Supreme Court has been spinning along one man short. Why not just get rid of them all, and let the clerks do the work?
