“We are disappointed that the community jumped to false accusations so quickly.”
Eh, all they said was that this is a scam. What’s the false accusation?

Will Weng, not Wang. I know that complaining about lack of editing (copy- and regular) at G/O is a cliche at this point, but this is pretty core to the topic.
On the one hand, props to the books section of AVClub for being the last remaining one with consistently good content. I’d known about Books of Jacob and the new James, but missed out on Jawbone, which is now in my library queue.
OTOH, how the heck does the existence of a new novel, The Book of the Most Precious…
The Roku Channel is literally free on the web and a lot of devices (including our Samsung TV). Not the same as a Roku box.
She was a huge part of Targets, too (co-writing it, even).
Not the case here — I legitimate hate Super (saw it for my birthday when it came out, and man was I disappointed), and would if Gunn had never made another superhero film
It’s called The Specials, and it’s great. Super was ok, at best.
Saw the headline, thought, “Frog Fractions 2,” then saw the rules in the article. Ah, well. Zork does still rule.
Just like Frank Sinatra used to do, right?
Came here (without bothering with the slideshow) to complain about bullshit “best of” things on November 30 (bad enough the second half of December is filled with them, but pretending art doesn’t happen in an entire month instead of just acknowledging staff take vacations is silly), but based on the comments, the list…

Waiting for the announcement that this is really Tokyo Jungle 2.
The Broadway skit hit for me, because it’s a fantastic parody of “Everybody Today is Turnin’ On” from “I Love My Wife,” with updated drug references. Actually, no, it’s a parody of that lost classic, but also of Bea Arthur and Rock Hudson’s amazing performance of it:
Also not mentioned in the article (other than via embedding) is the streamer’s point about the need for difficulty and accessibility options in games, which seems pretty core to his messaging here.
Prom Night deserved a better first round matchup, even if it had no chance of making the finals. Honestly, if you average the many, many Hellraiser movies, you could argue that the franchise may be the worst ever, even considering how good some of them are.
Also, surely you could have found a more deserving franchise…
They’re good dogs, Jesse.
“Recency bias?” I think you mean, “Regency bias,” amiright?
Okay, but they had Lindsay Buckingham on the show and failed to bring back What’s Up With That, which should be the real story here.
Alternate suggestion: Watch none of them. Fans are already fans, but this needs to appeal to new viewers, and while yeah, that music can’t be topped, the show can’t just be what we’ve seen already, and new viewers don’t need to be gatekept out of it.
(Totally agree with cap_n_jack’s comment to watch the entire show, as…
