“Why are people not completing these NPC quest lines?”, publishers fret as NPCs teleport to random, obscure spots on the map dependent on unexplained world state changes or dialogue remaining.
Oh yeah, there’s no comparison. I bounced of Backbone hard, because of the writing. This is something ridiculously well written.
Just wrapped this up last night. It’s fantastic. There are aspects that could have been improved in the interface or “puzzles” (they aren’t really puzzles, they tell you the answer to just about everything pretty plainly) but the art is astonishing if you enjoy surrealism and tech-mysticism and the writing really is…
They want the Wild West but cry foul whenever the train gets robbed~
Where’s Pete Best?
The DMCA was a HUGE FUCKING MISTAKE.
Its not even that good of a cookie recipe. Pretty bog standard boring, in all honesty.
You know literally nothing about that project or how much work has to be done

My big problem with Judy is that romancing her and thereby getting her to stay in Night City is objectively her bad ending. Like, she’s so happy if she leaves, and honestly she is NOT cut out for life as the gang pimp girlfriend of a professional science-murderer.
I want to just be Meredith’s violent idiot side-piece, always pissing her off and embarrassing her in front of her posh business friends.
The fact that they kind of played that off as a joke is high on the long list of things I didn’t like about Cyberpunk 2077.
Man, imagine if they did this announcement yesterday. The synergy!
That better include Meredith Stout. The inclusion of a badass older career woman who was successful on her own terms was a welcome change from the typical options of “and now I need to rely on MC for everything” that you usually find in these games.
“Some people like to see an interesting world deeply realised”
