What do you do with it once it’s on your own storage? It’s either a SQL dump or an XML dump. You still need either a MediaWiki installation or a viewer. They don’t include images, audio, or other media, and templates won’t work without a viewer. The static HTML downloads, which wouldn’t need a viewer, aren’t running…
