Whoa, George Wendt is right wing garbage?? There’s no way. Back in college, I went to a Clinton rally near the student union, where George Wendt was campaigning for him. And according to this Reuters article, George Wendt was on Bernie Sander’s list of supporters in 2016.

I can’t understand why a USPS worker ripped open a package sent to me by my sister, stole only half the dog dental chews and masks that were in it, taped it back up with USPS tape, and had it return-to-sender. But it happens. Because some people are not good people.

Well, it worked great except for in one case: if I was in the smallest chainring at the front and shifted to the smallest cog on the cassette at the back, the bike stopped working. The rear derailleur would lock up!

Volvo has the ideal demographic for this sort of car, but ignored it. And I don’t think that a new brand is a sure path to success. Didn’t work for Mercedes (Smart), or Mazda (Eunos) or many others.

As an owner of a 2000 A4 Avant 2.8 manual…no. Just…no…unless you’re willing to put a lot of work into it to replace 20 year old components, and you have other cars to drive.

As a B5 Avant owner, this. But yeah, that’s why I bit the bullet and got a V60 CC. I was kinda over the whole “I mean, hopefully, this will start right up and be fine, and I won’t have any problems” every single day I went to work.

This is what I wanted. Last year, I needed to get into something new since my B5 Avant was getting long in the tooth. I thought of getting a V60 Polestar, but they weren’t available at the time. Then I was going to order a V60 CC, and wait a while (and do overseas delivery)…but luck had it that the exact one I was…
