Niiiice. Ragnarok Online was my favorite MMO ever. Still haven’t ever found something quite like it since. Not that had that same mix. Music will be with me forever.

And that’s basically what the dev has said. They’re a small family developer who made this game while grieving the death of their son. They didn’t invest in some fancy workaround for streaming; they just released their game.

I didn’t dig Ninetales as a Pokemon, but that holographic card was amazing. Loved that thing. I tried to make decks around my favorite cards. heh

I look forward to a trailer that shows some actual gameplay. Looks stylish and could be fun, but my expectations are relatively measured.

Not really. It’s actually a relatively clever comedy anime that, while celebrating some tropes, generally derives humor from skewering many common anime tropes. I was pleasantly surprised by it.
