Niiiice. Ragnarok Online was my favorite MMO ever. Still haven’t ever found something quite like it since. Not that had that same mix. Music will be with me forever.

Honestly, it’s a brilliant move. They say to try to make a personal connection with kidnappers so they are less likely to kill you, and hey, being friendly and taking a photo is certainly endearing. I applaud his effort to keep calm and try to lessen the tension of the situation.
And that’s basically what the dev has said. They’re a small family developer who made this game while grieving the death of their son. They didn’t invest in some fancy workaround for streaming; they just released their game.
... and it’s bad.

Definitely. It’s similar to the cleverness of many Yokai.
I didn’t dig Ninetales as a Pokemon, but that holographic card was amazing. Loved that thing. I tried to make decks around my favorite cards. heh
If this subject interests you or anyone else, you should definitely check out last year’s game SOMA. It really delved into this concept in some cool ways.
