Sorry, she refers to it as a "curse", but yes, it's technically just a magical ability she happens to have been born with.

I didn't miss that part. My point was that a similar idea of putting popular anime characters on money could be interesting if an artist did it well, unlike what the person did here.
Frozen is a CG Disney movie about two royal sisters having to deal with a curse which causes one sister to freeze anything she touches. Thus, Frozen.
I'd support it as art, but this sounds like someone just running a weird little business without thinking about copyright.
Frozen is extremely, extremely popular, even in Japan.
I was gonna explain how crazy and awesome this Colbert episode was to a family member, and then I realized it sounded like the dumbest thing ever.

At least doing more against harassment. This is likely to just give those harassing and shaming streamers more fuel. Their priorities seem a bit backwards.
True. And that's the bigger problem than actual "sluts". A woman can even just have her voice on stream and be harassed or dismissed as a slut.
Oh, and which streamers are you referring to? You appreciate some shirtless Trihex?
I thought of some male streamers, as well. I think folks will naturally dress down a bit when it's hot, and more women(and some men) on Twitch will be pressured away from being more comfortable.
