Fucking Fast and Furious movies have a lot to answer for. If you want to race, take it to a track. If you can’t find, or cannot afford, a track, then this ain’t the hobby for you. Find another one.

Make it a game!

I believe you imply that the driver assumed because a stretch of road is straight for X distance, it will remain so for a continuing distance convenient to any unsafe actions the driver wishes to engage in. This is a poor assumption to stake one’s life on.

The layout has no issues. Anyone driving, hell speeding, at a reasonable rate will be fine making that turn.  If wrecks are common there, it’s because stupid is common there.

“We’re celebrating black freedom by trying to free YOU from a big down payment! Get yourself into a 2021 Mitsubishi Eclipse for no money down!”

Don’t want to give out money too easily, its how we had serious fraud with the PPP loans. If lordstown cant make a decent vehicle, they shouldn’t be supported, and there are honestly a bunch of EV startups that promise big and never delivered past concept art.

But that’s what I love about BMW and why I purchased one (and, later, stocks in the company). They take design moonshots in so many places. The

Personal opinion: anybody who pays up-front for a piece of software which has no contractually obligated deliverables or timeframes, is a sucker.

No, because I don’t think the Tesla buyers got any cheese sandwiches.

People need affordable transportation, but also need a new car? Why can’t a person accept a used car that is inherently more affordable, instead of being directed to a different loan source to be able to buy new?

Man, I have a tough time interpreting that as anything but, “we think it’s good that the government is making EV’s a priority, and being an EV company, it could benefit us.” A fairly obvious statement.
