From what I heard the women warriors are some of the most competent, badass fighters in the movie

This is a great review, thank you for keeping it spoiler free! I have my tickets for tomorrow at noon, and I can’t wait. From what everyone who has seen it has been saying, this is a fantastic entry into the MCU.

Just saw this movie is smashing box office records. Is it safe to say Ryan Coogler is the hottest director in Hollywood right now? He just has an incredible vision and he does an incredible job carrying it out

TBH, Im not too worried about shaky CGI, as long as the movie is otherwise solid. I cannot wait to see this!

I worry about the sequel. I don’t want to see the series take a cheesy turn like Rocky 4. And Coogler isn’t coming back to direct. But I have faith in Michael B Jordan, because he is a great actor, and the Creed storyline has a ton of potential.

Haha I know! I am being as cautious as I can to avoid spoilers! Fruitvale was incredible. But Creed got to me. When Adonis stands up to go into the last round in the big fight, and he is rocking the Creed trunks, and the Rocky theme starts blaring, damn man, it got me chocked up. I mean I don’t know if that’s totally true. Most media don’t report on Chechnya murdering LGBTQ people, that is true. But Jezebel, at least, ran numerous articles about it.
