That battery looks complicated, so it will be expensive. Why do the circuits have to be on the battery and not the responsibility of the equipment using it? What they need to do is pave on busy road and prove that it works. They more money would follow. Also if you could sponsor sections of roads maybe more companies or groups could be encouraged to support.

I think the biggest problem is they try to makes sense of an anime and forget the bats!t craziness that goes on.
