Yes it's too harsh. There are people out there who have been intoxicated and actually hurt others who have not received a sentence this long. How about after the third DUI they could have revoked his license for life and not allow him to register a vehicle. If someone lets him drive their car they are liable.

I said the same thing about that fob when it was first shown. I totally agree with you. You can't over think it so I pressed the "I believe button" and came up with portals. The computer communicated through sub-space to another using portals. If you take this away from me I can't watch anymore :)
