Where is the voting button? Am I missing it?
How did you open the car doors in that garage? Looks more like a closet. Are you actually still in the car? If you need help, honk three times and flash your lights.
That is called falling, not skating. Even with zero wind resistance, skating at 55 MPH is damn impressive.
In the first photo, the nose looks like an Angry Bird. So now I can’t buy one.
It seemed like a museum to me.: old cars that don’t move.
Jeff Skiles, but that isn’t the point. Calling a person “the pilot” does not identify him as a Captain or First Officer (or even Flight Engineer but they are mostly extinct). All I asked is for the author of the article to clarify whether Mrs Shults is the Captain or FO.
The Captain always has command of the aircraft, but the Captain is not always the one flying the aircraft, even in an emergency. Often, the FO flies so the Captain run the checklists, communicate with ATC, the crew, the company, and anyone else. The non-flying pilot has more to do, but is able to see the big picture,…
Show me in the above story where it says she is the captain. I asked the author to clarify whether the woman was the Captain or the First Officer, that is all. Most people say, “the pilot” when they mean “the Captain.” Both people in the cockpit are pilots, and to mention only one of them demeans the other.
I don’t stir my coffee either, but only because I’m too lazy to get a spoon. I do like the swirl patterns, though
My point is that there are two pilots in the cockpit and both of those people are needed to fly the plane. I’m just nitpicking the “the pilot” in the story. It makes it seem as if there is only one pilot in the cockpit.
Most of the engine is still there. Most is mostly good enough.
Maybe change the title to say, “The pilots... are badass.”
Thanks.
You refer to her as the pilot. Is she the Captain or the First Officer? They are both pilots.
The driver is 100% at fault for the crash.
So why don’t the car builders make the body lower so that it blocks the staging and starting lights longer? Is the car size/shape written into the rules?
Did you mean to write Redshift?
How could a dealer not accept third-party financing?
Do you drive a Mustang?
