As a male, I’m a little surprised if anyone hasn’t been sexually harassed -ever-. In my circle, people are not sharing stories, but some women are just putting the #MeToo hashtag.

I don’t know if ‘don’t make a scene’ is gendered or not. In my extended family, there are about three people who use it heavily. All are women. They use it on women and men. I report this as a single anecdote. My suspicion is that ‘don’t make a scene’ is not as gendered as suggested, but maybe i’m wrong.
