Is this the classic case of “If some people are assholes to you, they’re assholes; if everyone is an asshole to you, you’re probably the asshole”?

Like, really Brewer? You are so often in a situation where someone is calling you a racist and bigot and it’s THEIR issue, not yours?

Oh fuck Jan Brewer. I still haven’t forgotten SB1070 or the fact you loosened gun laws a week after gabby giffords was shot. Sure you haven't contributed at all to the xenophobic atmosphere in AZ

You know, I could really get behind a genuine Sansa/Tyrion marriage. I think they could be good for each other and it’s a power match that unifies 2 rival families. I like it.

Yeah, he’s easily manipulated until he throws a tantrum one day over having lemon cakes again and pushes her out the fucking moon door.

All I ever wanted was Sansa as Queen in the North and Margaery on the Iron Throne, and there would have been peace and good feelings between the North and the South could have grown and Margaery and Sansa could have ruled as benevolent queens who sometimes hooked up whenever there was an occasion for the kingdoms to

I can’t wait for the Trapped documentary to become a historical doc.

I feel so much relief. I didn't know which way this was going to go.

“Given the current state of abortion laws, this seems like a minor miracle.”

It’s important to note, the law had several provisions that would allow the rest of it to remain in effect if bits and pieces were found to be unconstitutional. So the court invalidated the whole thing. The dissent is basically tears about the court not playing ball with Texas (except Thomas who is just horrible)

YEESSSSSS. I’M SO HAPPY. I’M NOT CRYING, YOU’RE CRYING. (As a Texan, I am feeling this very strongly.)

FINALLY!! It seems like abortion rights have been on a looonnnngg losing streak. Maybe this will convince states that there better be a fucking good reason to create laws restricting healthcare access.

This is fantastic. I also have to note again how Texas is a state which has ripped safety and environmental regulations away and we’re often seeing the expected results, yet somehow also feel compelled to over regulate a woman’s body overwhelmingly. ridiculous.

I’ve come to really dread the NY Times alerts on my phone because lately, they’ve mostly just been horrific. It’s nice to get a positive news alert, for once.

As a Texas woman, raising my Texan daughter, I am SO HAPPY!! Now we just need to help prevent this in the future by getting people out to vote in EVERY election!

SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS

THREE CHEERS FOR WENDY DAVIS!!!!!!!!!

Fuck you Texas legislature for even starting this shit.

Crying crying crying happy tears. The opinion itself is fucking fire. I am READY for the dominoes to start falling in other states. Bless Wendy Davis for starting this entire thing a couple years ago, and the hard-working activists in Texas who never stopped fighting. This is such a good day for America. I am overcome
