The crack spider is a badass.

I take this as a compliment.

Yay, Mark’s back on night Jez!

This is the only acceptable spider video. (As a person who is uncomfortable with spiders.)

My number one mission for my wedding last year was a gown with sleeves. Found it on BHLDN, on sale, for $300. It turned out perfectly, but it was also the only decent sleeved-dress I had run across in my hunting. So nice to see future brides will not have this struggle! (Seriously, sleeveless dresses are not the most

I had the bridesmaids do LBDs too! So simple and easy and looked great.

I’m actually a really big fan of that, but I’m also single, so my opinion on wedding gown trends means very little.

It IS interesting to the many many twentysomethings who are buying his shit by the ton.

Because in a world where kids regularly Bit Torrent and re-Tweet images constantly, the idea that something is copied, is hard for them to see as clearly. And those are his main customers. Kids.

Agreed. Shit like this is just bait for the “anti-PC” types who insist that all feminists are humorless shrieking harpies. I have a pretty keen eye for microaggressions and even I think it’s a real stretch to automatically assume this is related to rape culture.

When you are looking everywhere for outrage you will eventually see it everywhere.

I don’t get what you’re seeing in this.

This is reaaaaallllllly reaching. Seriously, why give meat to the “OMG feminists will get outraged about anything” crowd?

There is something wrong with the reading comprehension of one of us. I’m pretty sure telling people to say no when they want to say no is the opposite of rapey.

Currently, Andrew is representing a significant number of male college students falsely accused of sexual assault on American college and university campuses. Andrew has been widely quoted in the national media on the need for these defendants to be afforded due process under the law. Most recently, he was profiled

They’re suing Columbia, an organization with a ten billion dollar endowment. I don’t think that wearing them down/trying to bankrupt them with legal delays is a winning strategy.

The lawsuit was filed against the University, not Emma Sulkowicz. It doesn’t make sense that he would be trying to bankrupt NYU. And the lawsuit is not about the alleged rape, it’s about how the University treated him.

I think that strategy works when it’s Goliath vs. David, but this seems to be David (Nungesser) vs. Goliath (Columbia).

After looking at the lawyer’s website, it looks for Andrew T. Miltenberg of ...no, I’m not going to be typing out that law firm name, to be his niche, advising male college students adversely affected by sexual assault accusations through the college administration.
