That's not a rhombus.

The octagonal iPhone does look "less generic" in hindsight, but the ultra clean design the iPhone launched with instead set the tone for essentially the entire industry. The octagonal design would have evolved into the cleaner design we see now anyway - leaving it instead to the archives just skipped that unnecessary

The service data is unlikely to be on the same servers. Gaining access to one property doesn't necessarily gain you access to another - regardless of ownership.

I think by the tone of the copy we can assume these are in play. They wouldn't indicate "you should use both" when the system was either in conceptual or development stages.

This app sounds abundantly stupid.

I still have yet to plug a single device into any thunderbolt port I have on my various Macs. Great technology but mindnumbingly expensive.

Good GOD Lemon!

That looks like a young Brad Pitt.

NEST was a piece of crap. We bought one and in the middle of February it decided by itself to turn the furnace COMPLETELY off during the night - we woke up freezing. No rhyme or reason - it made horrible "decisions". I can't imagine having a "smart lock" that would perhaps just randomly open the door when you're in

Schadenfreudelicious.

Good Lord is SOM's concept ever atrocious.

I watched 3 episodes and sadly turned it off. It was painful. I can't continue. Zero laughs.

That graphic is horrible.

Don't feel sorry for me - I'm very aware of my privacy, what factors impact it, and how to maintain some semblance of acceptable privacy online.

I don't have a single Google account for this reason. I take offence to others calling this type of concern "tin foil hat" when reading a few articles on personal privacy on the web would make them aware of what staggering amounts of information are being harvested and stitched together - all in the name of a "better

Thank you. It's unnerving how nowadays people interpret wanting basic levels of privacy as being unusual or that you're trying to hide something. Privacy is Privacy - it's something to see value in just by very definition of what it is. I also don't want my entire life being contextualized and linked and patterned

I can't figure out how a laptop with a trackpad considerably left of centre could be comfortable to use unless you're left handed. Is this an option with this machine?

I have many objects that are in pristine condition pre WWI.

You should have bought a Bang & Olufsen instead.
