“All vegans are awful SO LET’S SHIT ON THEM” is frequently a trope meat-eaters* like to bust out for a variety of reasons, virtually all of which are ultimately both self-serving and self-aggrandizing.

The best part is that this whole thing apparently started because someone didn’t understand what “idiosyncratic” means. (Hint: not the same as idiotic.)
Above his crowd? I don’t think he knows that word. This week in discussing past American presidents, he referred to a presidential term as a ‘reign’. More than once. He thinks the President of the U.S. is a democratically elected monarch.
Furthermore, it’s redundant, as “obviate” means “eliminate the need for.”
