Gita, you’re....you’re not alone.

Aspen was unable to offer full details on why Punisher did it, who provided Ellie’s voice in streams, or how he managed to pull it all off, but she painted the whole thing as a “social experiment gone wrong” that ultimately revealed how difficult it is to be a woman in competitive gaming spaces.

So what you are saying is that you went off half cocked becuase she fit your agenda. You got the clicks and then got called out. Solid journalisting.

Most people balance their buying decisions for games between the price, quality and how immediately they want to play it.

This is Kotaku. There is no time for logic or due process. How dare you try to silence the victims, it’s not like they can quit and find a better company.

Yeah, Marc and his bros arent going anywhere. Its their company, and im pretty sure they covered their asses.  I dont see why people continue to work if they hate their boss/co workers. Go work elsewhere.

Also, what kind of attitude is that to have to your audience? Comes across as “I’m right, and if you disagree with me, you’re a dick”. Implying that anyone who disagrees with your article is a “toxic gamer” is a little much, isn’t it?

I think it’s great! I’m glad the refs didn’t take issue with a young All-Star getting his game on and get him fed to the rules when he hit the ground running. Yes, he’s looking kinda dumb with his finger and his thumb in the shape of an L on his forehead. But the years start coming and they don’t stop coming, so it

I just need to hit the lottery and retire already so I can assume my new full time career as a gaming backlog eliminator. The biggest issue is games that just don’t ever end. They just suck away your time forever. I prefer physical copies of games too. They are a reminder of how much money I’ve wasted on games that

Makes me think they looked at Sea of Thieves and decided there needs to be more in there...

I feel like this is a result of seeing Sea of Thieves, looking at their own amount of questionable content quantity for this game and going “Shit, we have to offer more than THAT? Back to the drawing board.”

He says he’s doing it for parents and their kids. The fans he’s angered worry that he’s selling out. …

at the end of the day it’s just a game and you can choose what you want to do

A coworker of mine has the idea that all anti-cheat databases should be linked and if a player gets caught cheating on one they get banned from online play across all. I agree with the sentiment of it, but know that there is no way in hell it will happen.
