But the reality is that audi\porsche are building for situations that the vast majority of buyers will never subject the vehicle to. Over engineering is great, but at the sacrifice of performance and range.... i dont see the advantage. I would still choose tesla over every EV out there.

Jaguar needs to make QUALITY EVs. So far the I-pace is a giant fail. The average user gets HALF of the advertised range. That is 100% unacceptable. If i bought one, i would have lemon lawed that POS and got my $$ back.
