When can you bring it to my house?

I’m 42, and I have 4 cars that have no less than 175k on the clock. It was explained to me that you could reasonably expect 1 year from a car per thousand spent up to a point, say $5k. It’s been true even for my old truck which I have now had 14 years.

My boss was not happy either but the ladies in the office didn’t seem to mind.

I think this is part of what I don’t understand. It’s nice that if they can bring jobs, but the cost of bringing the jobs is offloaded on the same people who will also pay for the infrastructure improvements required to bring the business in?

Amazon built a distribution center in southern Indiana, and the trade for their tax incentives were moderately low-paying jobs, forced overtime, and a MASSIVE tax on our infrastructure that we can’t support. USB-C... this truck has something that none of my computers have.

MID-ENGINE!!!

I’m glad you were able to enjoy and share this moment with EVERY FOOTBALL FAN EVER (save for Saints fans.) It was as amazing a play as I could have imagined, and I’m glad I hadn’t given up and moved on to something else.

I spit my coffee out from laughing so hard. There are “overcompensators.”
