That car looks lowered. May even lay frame.

If you're looking to hoon4poon, its CP all day.

That's just crazy. It reeks of a major situation in that city, and there's no wonder its becoming as massive as talks of a federal takeover. Incredible.

I was thinking about this very thing the other day, when I wondered who I would appoint. I'm all for a Detroit man who can restore things, but I also want to know that he is going to be good at bringing unity to the neighborhoods so that upright citizens will take action, unlike that crap that happened at the gas

When was THAT?

Ok, thanks! Because I'm ready to answer the question if I were a candidate.

It was kind of a pot shot really. I'm not a saab kinda guy, always thought they were kinda ugly.

Thank you so much for that post.

Now that we know that Mayor Bing is not running, I would really love to hear a story about some of the possible candidates, and what they bring to the table.

Given that I haven't been a resident of Michigan for some time, and haven't kept up on any of the political drama (I have my own stress and family to deal with) I would like to hear your thoughts on what is wrong with Detroit.

Yeah, I know... I just think that proper formatting would resolve the issue, but I'm well past the point where I hate ads... its ridiculous.

Thanks, man, but I think we'll need more than two votes to button this thing up. ;)

It takes a helluva lot more than a $70k+ price tag for a (bleeped) Hyundai to think it can rival a MB. Cheezits.

Man... I so want to comment on #8, but common decency is preventing me.

A Saab 9-3 maybe?

Excellent - I didn't mean to come off negatively, and if I did, then my apologies, but this is the kind of thing I expected would have been handled before Jalopnik rolled over to the new layout, as it wasn't the first of the Gawker sites to do so.

Neutral: (Because its moderately off topic)

Do you mean the mayoral candidates or myself?

Then what's stopping us?

I agree that what we see now is not the Detroit that we should remember. However, I still believe that if the people of Detroit want a revival, they can have one. This entire problem and solution comes down to leadership.
