I managed to get an early access code from my contacts at Nintendo Europe. It's so good. But it's only serving as a reminder of how good the Wii U version will be. Even though, in itself, it's fucking brilliant and another reminder of how good Nintendo is.

No, I'm saying the process to get the console features on PC is ultra easy to accomplish. So you get both. You get splitscreen, should you want it for whatever reason, and the benefits of a huge map and the other many many advantages of playing the PC version.

I'm am so ready for this. I like it on PS3 but it really does suffer from that old tech. Plus being able to remote play on Vita is just a massive fucking win.

Nope. I put the ipad in landscape mode and typing is easy. Granted not as fast as a real keyboard or with the same tactile feedback, but it's a good second best. I do believe the keys onscreen are the same size as an ISO standard keyboard too.
If you don't know how to load up a browser, type in "minecraft mod laucher" and download it then pack your computer up, move to an Amish community and lead a simpler life. These are things I was capable of doing when I was 7 back on Windows 95.
It's as easy as that. On PC you install a mod launcher, select what you want to run and bam; you're doing it. It's not difficult. It's no longer about manually replacing files or whatever image you've got people doing (I imagine it's like an Infomercial to you with a before and after comparison).

But that is small. I've seen the scale comparison and top-down shots. Doesn't it take like 5 minutes walking to get from end to the other. That's nothing now.
